Cancellation Policies:
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS HAVE TO BE MADE BY CALLING RESERVE AMERICA (877) 722-6762
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original transactions, e.g. credit card, gift card, check or cash payment.
Campsites (electric and non-electric):
Any changes or cancellations made prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in the loss of the $3.00 per night, non-refundable reservation fee. Cancellations made on the scheduled arrival date will result in a loss of one night's camping for each reservation as well as the $3.00 per night reservation fee. No refunds for no-shows, cancellations or early departures after the date of arrival. If a camper cannot arrive by park closing hours on the scheduled arrival date, they must contact the park by 3 p.m. the following day to reschedule arrival. Otherwise, campsites will be returned to rental inventory.
Equestrian (electric and non-electric):
Any changes or cancellations made prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in the loss of the $3.00 per night, non-refundable reservation fee. Cancellations made on the scheduled arrival date will result in a fee for one night's camping for each reservation as well as the $3.00 per night reservation fee. Picnic Shelters:
Any changes or cancellations made before the close of business the 14th day prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a $3.00 per day facility reserved, non-refundable reservation fee. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. No refunds within 14 days, but can reschedule for another date and the loss of the reservation fee still applies.
