Attention: SHELTER RESERVATIONS: If you plan to reserve the picnic shelter on a Saturday or Sunday, be advised that a shelter reservation does not guarantee parking spaces for your party. There is often a line to enter the park on weekend days, requiring a wait time of up to an hour and a half. You will not be allowed to jump in line to park.

Description
Raven Rock State Park's newest campground includes 9 RV sites, 15 drive-to tent sites, 6 cabins, and a bathhouse. All sites are now open seven days a week. Cabins require a two-night minimum. NO PETS allowed in the cabins.
Geography:
Situated off of Moccasin Branch Road, the campground winds through a forest of mixed pines and hardwoods.
Facilities:
The bathhouse has separate men's and women's restrooms and showers. It also has a family restroom/shower room which is ADA accessible.

Raven Rock State Park is located nine miles west of Lillington and 20 miles east of Sanford off US HWY 421 North at the end of Raven Rock Road.
From Hwy 421, take Raven Rock Road. Turn right onto Moccasin Branch Road (dirt road). Turn left into Moccasin Branch Campground at 814 Moccasin Branch Road.
